Get Started
This will take 60 seconds
Pick up a pen.
Open a notebook or a sheet of paper.
Write:
- The date
- The time
- Answer two questions in sentence form:
- Where am I?
- What am I about to do right now?
Keep it simple.
Example:
I’m in my office.
I’m writing content for ScribeHabit’s Get-Started page.
It doesn’t need to be profound.
It just needs to be true.
Take one full breath in and exhale slowly.
That small act is orientation.
You just slowed your thinking down.
You just chose your next move.
That’s the system beginning.
